BUSINESS TYPE: Registered Charity
SERVICES: Domestic Violence Refuge and Family Support
The SunnyKids website was not being updated regularly as it was built with software that required particular coding skills to maintain the content. The website did not reflect the current activities of the charity and most of the information was out of date and poorly structured. This was not representing the Charity very well at all, in fact, it was doing damage to the brand.
Additionally, SunnyKids needed a searchable Case Management Database to replace their current word document and spreadsheet system to provide efficient client information access, workflow visibility and staff accountability.
The new website is more modern, using the latest technology and the responsive design is optimised for mobile devices and tablets. The navigation and content structure have been streamlined to ensure that visitors can quickly and easily identify where they need to be and how to get there. What was a very wordy and confusing website is not simple and easy to use, and it also looks great!
I also built a complex Case Management database to manage all of the information relating to the families they assist. This searchable database allows staff to quickly search clients and provides access to view and create client details, case notes, call logs, attached documents and calendar reminders.
